Michael Gilmartin Auctioneers is an expanding auctioneering practice based in Nenagh, covering the entire mid-west and Shannon region. We combine a detailed knowledge of the property market with a commitment to providing a quality and professional service in all sectors of the property market from residential to commercial and agricultural to holiday homes.

Our showroom is the only auctioneers situated on the busy main street of Pearse Street, Nenagh town centre.
Michael G Gilmartin is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers, additional qualifications including certificate in ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and a diploma in Marketing from the Institute of Marketing in Ireland. Michael has been involved in the business since 2000 with 5 years sales experience previously in Dublin and Galway.
Michael J Gilmartin has 25 years experience in the Auctioneering business and brings a wealth of knowledge to the organisation coupled with his language skills as he speaks fluent German and some French. This has proved very successful to develop European markets and contacts for the much sought after lakeside properties.
Barbara Taylor has recently joined the business and has set up a Financial Services Link. Barbara moved from Scotland where for 7 years she worked for one of the largest high Street banks. Barbara can complete a full financial review for you, free of charge and will recommend the most suitable product for you. We can help if you are a first time buyer, wanting to refinance or simply require protection for you and your family. Barbara is a Mortgage Intermediary and a Multi Agency Intermediary, who is registered and regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ireland.
